  • 16 oz PVC tarpaulin vinyl, semi-glossy finish — heavier and more abrasion-resistant than the 13–15 oz vinyl used in consumer-grade inflatables.
  • Reinforced glued seams in high-impact and high-wear zones, where rental foot traffic and repeated setup-teardown cycles destroy lighter products.
  • Double-stitched seam construction throughout the unit for structural integrity over thousands of inflation cycles.
